- We review it. Our team looks at your application and checks your licensing, insurance and reviews.
- We talk. If it’s a fit, we call you to learn about your pricing, availability and whether you can be paid at closing.
- You’re in. Approved vendors are added to our network and our vendor page, and we call you when a job fits.
Questions vendors ask
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no fee to apply or to be listed.
Do I have to accept payment at closing?
No. Some jobs are paid on completion. Being able to wait for closing on some jobs does open up more work, so tell us on the form.
Which areas do you cover?
Metro Atlanta, including DeKalb, Gwinnett, Henry, Fulton, Cobb, Rockdale and Clayton counties. Tell us where you work and we will match you to jobs nearby.
Do I need a license and insurance?
We need insurance from every vendor, and a Georgia license wherever your trade requires one.
